– Don’t wear tight cloths or wear underwear’s that are made from cotton.
– Try to keep your vagina dry and clean.
– Avoid using lotion or sprays that may moisten your vagina
– If you are using antibiotics only use the ones prescribed by your doctor
– Eat a healthy diet, one that helps in strengthening your immune system.

Once you notice the symptoms of yeast infection its best to see your doctor as soon as possible. Tackling this problem as soon as possible will reduce the chances of it spreading and making it more difficult to eliminate. You can also get over the counter treatments, but if you are pregnant make sure that the medication you use is prescribed by a qualified doctor.
